Automatic and Manual Doors Technical Information
Our roller garage doors are available in a variety of widths up to 5m and 3m high. The roller
curtain sits behind the brickwork and is an ideal solution for arched or unusual garage openings.
 Installing is easy, because the door doesn't require a frame you can maximise the width of opening for easy parking for the wider vehicle.
Whilst manual models can be converted easily to automatic later, you receive a significant cost saving if the motor unit is factory-fitted at the outset..

Motor Drive Units
Drive units require an extra 20mm clearance on the side of the door that the drive unit is required to be fitted. The diagrams above show the relation of doors to the vertical and horizontal brick opening.
 Please note that many more widths of doors are available than are shown in the drawings.
The Windlock System should be specified if you require double garage doors to be fitted in very exposed locations. In these circumstances, greater side room clearance is required.
