Planning Ahead
We suggest that you do not schedule any installation work for your roller garage door until a
few days after the expected delivery date. This will enable you to resolve any technical
questions or to order specific additional fittings as necessary.
Garage door delivery in the UK, with delivery throughout Mainland England and Wales included in the price quoted.
We may make a charge to deliver in Scotland. Please email with your location and we will confirm
a delivery charge. There is normally only a charge North of Edinburgh. If you require on
off-shore delivery we can deliver to the port of your choice for shipping, taking into account
of the above statement.
Delivery is normally 10-15 working days from date of order.
We will contact you 24hrs in advance to arrange a time to deliver your roller garage door.
The driver will require assistance in unloading the doors and it is your responsibility to
provide this. Please bear in mind roller doors can be heavy. A suitable flat surface will
required to store the door, uneven surfaces may cause damage to the door panel.
If the driver is unable to deliver because you cannot receive the
good there will be a charge for re delivery.
